He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Wiles and Royal Wiles; his daughter Lisa Lynn Wiles; and his siblings, Thomas Wiles, Jr., James Wiles, Larry Wiles, Lee Wiles, Thelma Wiles and Wilma Wiles Court.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Slater; his stepsons, Martin, Bruce, Jeff, Kirk and James Tjapkes; his sister Martha Wasinski of Port St; and his pet Scooter. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and his church family.
