He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Jones Sr. and Yearlee Jones (Richardson); his siblings, Michael Jones and Debra Jones; and his nephew Miltwaun Jones.
He is survived by: his sister Telko Cunningham (Sam); his sibling's children, Shena Jackson, Jerriel Franklin Sr., Katrina Phillips (Waylan), DeMarcus Jones, Gregory Adams, Carlesha Hugley, Michael Jones Jr., Carl Hugley and Aziza'Eshe Cunningham; and his cousin Tiffany Lyons.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clock Funeral Home (1469 Peck St, Muskegon, MI 49441). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. In 1995, he became one of the first residents of the JBC Adult Foster Care Home, and shortly thereafter, he began his rewarding career at Goodwill, where he worked until his retirement in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
