He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herbert Kemp Sr. and Rosa Lee Kemp (Lance). He is survived by: his wife Betty Kemp (Blink); his children, Terri Sernau (Matthew), Traci Burns (Ronald), Craig Kemp and Kurt Kemp; and his grandchildren, Jared, Jeremy, Brett, Troy, Haylie and Laney.
