He is survived by: his children, Kevin Tatum (Tiffany) and Kathy Moore; his grandchildren, Ashley Moore, Jalen Moore, Kirsten Tatum and Kevin Tatum Jr.; his great grandchildren, A'Shaun Carter, Ariauna Carter, Jalen Moore Jr., MaKenzie Means, Kehlani Moore and Klarity Moore; his brother John Lee Tatum; his aunt Tina Jones; his cousin Roderick Wright; and his son-in-law Larry Spencer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Doris Morton Chapel of Carter Funeral Home (3355 Merriam St, Muskegon, MI 49444).
