He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Simon and Villa "Honey" Simon; his brothers, William "Bill" Hollins, Larry "Papa D" Simon, George Hollins, David Simon and Steven "Stevie" Simon; his brother-in-law Rev. Jerry Williams; and his niece Diane "Lady Di" Hollins.
He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothy Williams, Betty Simon and Annette Simon; his daughters, Shania Floyd (Kevin) and Nicole Manley; and his grandchildren, Antionne Beasley, Vershon Fletcher, Aniyha Beasley, Storm Fletcher, Summer Fletcher and Star Fletcher. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Temple Apostolic Church (412 E Sherman Blvd, Muskegon, MI 49444). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
