It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joseph Gerald Strayer (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away at the age of 50, on September 7, 2025. In the vast expanse of eternity, Joseph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joseph farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gerald and Theresa Strayer. He is survived by: his mother Carol Strayer; his aunt Patricia Cox (Robin); his cousin Danielle Cox; and his pets, Bare and Karma.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lakeside Eagles Aerie #3306 (2355 W Sherman Blvd, Norton Shores, MI 49441).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Harbor Hospice Foundation.
