He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Bednarczyk; his son Chris Mulvey (Dai); his grandchildren, Ari, Logan, Ira and Eli; his sisters, Julie Jacobs, Trish Garner (Leon) and Mary Leakey; and his close friends, Ed, Kelly Gauthier, Mike, Jean Weatherly and Mark Hainer.
