He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Kinney and Signe Kinney (Johnson); his daughter Sherri Harper; and his siblings, Irene Twinning (Don), Stanley Kinney (Gretchen) and Raymond Kinney.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kinney (Plichta); his children, Jeffrey Kinney (Michelle) and Robin Hepler (Tom); his grandchildren, Nathan Harper, Lacey Kitsmiller (Chris), Amber Bengel (Paul), Tyler Kinney (Briana), Lindsay Arocho (Joe), Gabrielle Hepler (Jacob Herbert) and McKenna Hepler; his child Caden Woodworth; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Landon, Breslyn, Sawyer, Everlee and Roanin; and his son-in-law Richard Harper.
