He is survived by: his grandchildren, Malaysia Evans, Sincere Carey, Heaven Diamond and Aaliyah Butler; and his siblings, Mitchell Mack, Jerome Mack, Delores Brown, Shirley Mack, Ethel Liggings, Uvonda Williams and Ulonda Mack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
