He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his parents, Raymond Miller and Bernadette Miller; his in-laws, Frank and Mary Koval; his siblings, Catherine Miller and Raymond Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Miller and Michael Miller.

He is survived by: his children, David Miller (Cathy) and Mary Kromer (Bob); his grandchildren, Joseph Kromer (Alli), Jordan Vasquez-Kromer (Francisco) and Andrew Kromer (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Mailen and Elio Vasquez-Kromer; and his sisters, Theresa Miller and Ruthmary Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
