He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Harker and Lennie Harker; his wife Connie Harker; and his son Richard Dick (Harker, Jr.). He is survived by: his daughters, Julie (Robert) and Tammy (Chris); his grandchildren, Jennifer Schmider (Adam), Jeremy Martin (Marisa), Tim Ostby, Tara French (Nick), Mikayla Grimm (Al) and Ryan Ostby (Holly); his great grandchildren, Braxton, Emersyn, Ellie and Krista; and his sister Donna (Chris).
