He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kramer and Frances Kramer (Teunis); and his brother Gerald Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Kramer; his children, Scott Kramer (Madonna) and Elizabeth Powell (Jerry); his grandchildren, Daniel Kramer (Rachel), Steven Kramer (Kate), Thomas Kramer (Sophie), Andrea Powell and Allison Powell; his great grandchildren, Loralai and Franklin Kramer; and his sister Betty Dushane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
