He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Marion Bisard and Elaine Bisard (Hall); his siblings, Elmer Bisard Jr., Richard Bisard, Fred Bisard (Joan), James Bisard (Sally), James Ripley (Ruth), Wayne Ripley (Paula), Richard Ripley (Margo), Randy Bisard (Debra), Lois Ploeger (Jerry), Linda Lamer (Gary), Ardis Neumann and Lola "Tinker" Wentzloff (Butch); his children, Aleasha Bisard-Florez (Charles Sr.), Amanda Swarvar (Dell) and Jacob Bisard; his grandchildren, Tyler Bisard, Jazmyn Polk (Kevin), Alexus Foster (Jeremy), Charles Florez Jr., Mariah Swarvar, Kaden Swarvar, Aubree Bisard, Jerick Bisard and Jhett Bisard; his siblings' children, Carol Ripley and Jerry; his former wife Vicky Bisard; and his wife Pamela Lacey.
