She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Beers and Vera Beers (Witt); her husband Wayne Reid; her daughters, Wendy McDowell and Barbara Hussey; and her sister Myra Klever.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Reid (Julie) and Michael Reid; her grandchildren, Andrew Reid (Anna), Jennifer Salander (Zachary), Graham Reid, Megan McDowell, Colleen McDowell and Ashlyn Nosal (Josh); her great grandchildren, Aniya, Michael, Josie, Lila, Amelia and Xana; and her nephews, John Klever (Monica) and Tom Klever.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SS Milwaukee Clipper Preservation Inc. or the Noah Project.
