He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Hazekamp and Madelynn Hazekamp. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hazekamp; his sons, Zachery Aldrich, Scott Hazekamp Jr. and Gavin Hazekamp; his sister Joy Hazekamp; his parents-in-law, Dan McShannock and Susan McShannock; and his brother-in-law Michael McShannock.
