He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene, Minnie Swanson, Otto and Betty Jardeen; his cousin Travis Corrigan; his aunt Cathy Paulson; and his uncles, Joseph and Richard Jardeen.
He is survived by: his parents, Otto "Ted" Jardeen and Mary Jardeen (Swanson) of Bagley, MI; his daughter Paige Jardeen of Carney, MI; his sister Miranda Johnson of Wallace, MI; his partner Rayne Roberts; his partner's children, Makayla and Joey of Nadeau, MI; his nephew Cooper Johnson; and his nieces, Ava, Jada and Willow Johnson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established to benefit Erik's daughter, Paige.
