He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Belcher and Gertrude Belcher (McClanahan); his son James; his siblings, Buck Belcher and Patsy Belcher; and his stepbrother Johnny Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Della Booth of Gladstone; his sons, Robert Belcher (Ashley Kleikamp) of Nadeau and Joe Belcher (Beth Ann) of Wells; his grandchildren, Austin Kleikamp, James Belcher, Jr., Drew Belcher, James Belcher, Kobe Belcher and Kaiden Belcher; and his sisters, Cathy Sturgill and Debbie Terry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
