He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Carrol Heim (Patrick). He is survived by: his father Warren Arthur; his daughters, Pamela Heim, Sheila Mezo (Steven), Brandy St (Michael) and Amber Tompos (James); his siblings, Pat Leeke (Jim), Betty Jo Shelton (Jerry), Damian Heim (Becky) and Tim Heim; and his close friend Marty Hawley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; multiple great grandchildren.
