He was predeceased by: his mother Sue Ellen Turner. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughters, Allison Turner (Kyle), Madelyn Olson (Scott) and Olivia Turner; his father Thomas Turner (Nancy); his sisters, Beth Ross (Doug) and Emily Hollman (Mike); his parents-in-law, Gary and Claudene Morrill; his brother-in-law John Morrill; and his pet Lulu. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
