He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Perotta and Delmer Perotta. He is survived by: his wife Martha Perotta (Folsom); his children, Melissa Karr (Kevin), Lenny Perotta (Sue), Theresa McKelvey (Keith) and Jeremiah Perotta (Melinda); and his siblings, Jim Perotta and Annette Perotta. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bowne Mennonite Church (14076 76th St SE, Clarksville, MI 48815). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
