He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Kendall (Bright) and Robert Kendall; and his sisters, Sandra Kendall and Lori Evans. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kendall (Tapp); his children, Heather Walker (Matthew), Frank Thomas and John Dodd; his grandchildren, RyAnn Goodrich, McCrae Goodrich and Jarrett Walker; his sister Linda Lee (Roy); his nieces, Shari West (Michael) and Kari Kendall; and his nephew Paul Evans.
