He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Cook (Jason) and Megan Slagel (Todd Bruhnsen); his grandchildren, Hallie, Ryker, Novah, Eden Cook and Bruce Bruhnsen (Tari Hayes); his former wife Kristina Slagel; and his siblings, Becky Schmidt (Gordon), Mike Slagel (Cielo), Rick Slagel (Robin), Pam Rookus (Tim) and Joe Slagel. He is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
