It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Ann Wachter (Naubinway, Michigan), who passed away on September 13, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmet J. Vallier and Genevieve C. Vallier (Belleville); her husband Donald; and her sister Yvonne Rieckmann. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Boucha (Gordon) of Gaines, Susan Walker (Marshall) of Traer and James Wachter (Sandra) of Gladstone; and her siblings, Iona Shoemaker of Naubinway, John Vallier (Rita) of Naubinway, Genevieve Wachter of Naubinway, Betty Wachter (Rich) of Cheboygan and Oliver Vallier of Ann Arbor. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to St. Stephen's Catholic Church or McLaren Hiland Cottage Hospice House, 1 Hiland Drive; Petoskey, MI 49770 in her memory.
