It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Stesney of Naubinway, Michigan, born in Hazel Park, Michigan, who passed away on May 23, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Mark may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mark touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Theodore Stesney Sr. and Dorothy Catherine Stesney; his brothers, Edward Theodore Stesney Jr. and Thomas Matthew Stesney; and his brother-in-law Bruce David Sewell.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Stensey (Ellwood) of Naubinway; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Sewell (Ellwood) of Royal Oak, Cynthia Zembrzuski (Ellwood) of Troy, Kathy Stesney (Malloy) of Rochester Hills, Carolyn DeSilva of Bloomfield Hills and Dennis Zembrzuski of Troy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
