It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Terrence Bennett of Naubinway, Michigan, who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Robert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bennett and Hazel Bennett (Rose); and his siblings, Clarence Bennett, Verna Moore and Charles Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Buehlmann of Naubinway; his children, Paul Bennett (Lynn) of Interlochen and Kelly Bennett (Heathe) of Brighton; and his stepdaughters, Jennifer Shea (Don) of Virginia and Kristie Grinnell (Greg) of Virginia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
