He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest and Lorraine. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Harris; his children, Vince Baker (Susan), Brady Baker (Becky), Zach Baker (Alphrena), Tracy Cappelletty, Lori Shackelford (Rich) and Jeffrey Large (Robbin); and his brother John Baker (Barbara). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
