He is survived by: his parents, David Mattice and Carol Mattice (Saari); his girlfriend Amanda Ecklid; his siblings, Chris Mattice (Krystal), Danielle Jacobetti (Tony) and Amy Czenkus (Justin); his nieces and nephews, Aileena, Emmeric, Calin, Anthony, Isabella, Maci, Noah, Evan and Amelia; and his cousin Wade Saari. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a strong circle of friends.
