Kathryn L. Phelps Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn L. Phelps of Negaunee, Michigan, who passed away on July 12, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Snively; her mother-in-law Betty; and her pets, Daisy and Barney. She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Snively (Garbark); her husband Don Phelps; her siblings, Mary McManus (Thomas) of Marquette, Margretta Steele (Chris) of Gwinn, Marian "Babe" Snively (Torsten) of Anchorage, AK, Joseph Snively of Marquette, Ed Snively (Amy) of Sands Township and Susan Snively (Timothy) of Marquette; and her pets, Izzy, Lucy, Duster and Henry.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Park Cemetery (301 N 7th St, Marquette, MI 49855). A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Fassbender Swanson Hansen Funeral & Cremation Services (926 N 3rd St, Marquette, MI 49855).
