He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kneebone and Loretta Kneebone (Kiefer); his wife Patricia Gardyko; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce O'Neill (Donald) of Marquette, Lorraine Kantola (Reino) of Negaunee and Carol Hibler (Richie) of Spring Town, Texas..
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Gardyko of Negaunee and Rob Spear (Cheri) of Republic; his brother Michael Gardyko (Lori) of Traverse City; his grandchildren, Michele Ouellette (Chris), Jennifer Clark (Scott), Jacob Spear (Taylor) and Matthew Spear (Kim); and his great grandchildren, Sheldon, Elora, Delaney, Anthony, Elias, Hendrick, Griffin and Sophie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed in Tom's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Negaunee Firefighters Association.
