He is survived by: his wife Marianna Sebastian (Dombrowski); his children, Virginia Drummond (Eric), Adam III Sebastian (Kimberly), Kevin Sebastian (Leslie) and Bryant Sebastian (Ashley); his grandchildren, Adam IV, Hannah, Rebecca (Caleb), Elise, Ryan, Mya, Noah, Olivia, Chase, Joseph, Lydia and Claire; his siblings, Priscilla Hayes (John), Martin Sebastian (Anne), Lawrence Sebastian and Gerard Sebastian (Lucy); and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Baumgartner (Hazen) and Stephanie Smith.
