She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Stabile Girardi and Anthony Girardi; her husband Gene Moore; her daughter Sue Bartle (Ron); and her grandson Adam Hewell.

She is survived by: her children, Joe Moore (Ann), Debbie Johnston (Ron), Tim Moore (Sandra), Sandy Forton (Steve) and Eugene Moore; and her grandchildren, Joey Moore (Melissa), Chris Thompson (Cherish), Naomi Brooks, Lauren Moore, Amanda Moore, Christina Moore, Andrew Moore, Donnie Rau, Mathew Rau (Christine), Joshua Hewell (Jacqlyn) and Rachel Hewell. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and great- great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to Samaritan's Purse, P.O. Box 3000, Boone, North Carolina 28607-3000.
