She was predeceased by: her sibling Twig Blade; her parents, George Blade and Jeanette Turner; and her stepfather Chuck Turner. She is survived by: her close friend Donald Truance; her daughters, Patricia Wassmann (Jeffrey) and Felicia Blade (Ricky); her grandchildren, Paige, Maisey, Cameron and Gaije Wassmann; her siblings, Lynn DiDonato-Blade (Connie), Cindy Allard (Robin), Mike Blade, Tim Turner (Marie) and Kimberly Tackett (Eddie); and her siblings' children, Devin Blade, Mack Foster (Erin), Bobbie Jo Foster, Jennifer Foster and T. J. Turner (Nicole).
