He was predeceased by : his mother Geraldine Emery Archambault; his spouse Gail P. Clement; his son Rodney Archambault; his siblings, Roger Archambault, Joan "Shorty" Archambault Lee (Daniel Mercier), Dennis Archambault (Suzanne Rodgers) and Marie "Annette" Thompson; and his parents-in-law, Yvonne Smith (John), Jackie Wade (Ralph), Rita Bradacs (George), Dorothy Gorski (Ed) and Paul Clement (Magdeline).

He is survived by : his father John Archambault; his children, Roger Archambault and Dorene Ingalls (Doug); his grandsons, Jackson Emery Ingalls and Jonathan Delbert Ingalls; his cousins, Paul Jr., Carol Ann, Larry and Ronald; his son-in-law Doug; and his grandson Jonny.

It was decided that any contributions received from his funeral will be donated to the St. Ignace Saints basketball program that Emery had followed since 1999.
