He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Hayes and Gerard Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hayes; his children, Kevin, Karen Ladouceur (Phil) and Christopher Hayes (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Luke, Jack and Olivia Hayes; and his children, Aaron and Grace Ladouceur.
