He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nicolai and Pauline Nicolai (Davis). He is survived by: his children, Hunter and Rosie; his brother Joe Nicolai (Jennifer); and his sibling's children, Joe Nicolai, Natasha Nicolai and Cassidy Yeager.
