He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Mikolowski and Linda Mikolowski; his wife Joyce; and his brother Gerald Mikolowski (Patricia). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Super (Leo), LeAnn Young (Kevin), Leila Weber, LeRoy Mikolowski, Leon Mikolowski (Josefa) and Leo Mikolowski (Shawna); his grandchildren, Nicholas (Ashley), Matthew (Jessica), Michael (Rachel), Amanda, Christopher, Jenessa (Rea), Jessica (Brent), Alishia (Madison), Joshua (Shalee), Rachel (Ryon), Melissa (Christopher), Selina (Lucas) and Miles; and his siblings, Tim Mikolowski (Cheryl), Arnold Mikolowski (Arlene) and Linda Leslie (David). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family.
