She was predeceased by: her husband Marty Gazarek; and her siblings, Donnie Hubert, Linda Beatty and Kay Ford. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Carrell (Ben) and Michael Peleshok (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Grace Carrell, Koen, Ava and Caitlin Peleshok; and her siblings, Dale Hubert, Cheryl Shover, Michael Hubert and David Hubert.
