He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Stanek; and his parents, Chester Stanek and Maryanna Stanek. He is survived by: his wife Carol Stanek; his children, Meagan Ouellette (Chip) and Christopher Stanek (Kelly); his grandchild London; his sisters, Patricia Shotwell (Bruce), Maryann Underhill (Tim) and Sharon Scarlett (Joey); and his sibling-in-law Deniece Stanek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
