He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Wright and Velma Wright (Husk); his brothers, Ralph Wright and Doug Wright; and his sister-in-law Vicky Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Wright; his son Matt Wright (Jennifer); his brothers, Bruce Wright (Bonnie) and Martin Wright (Kristie); his granddaughters, Grace and Payton; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Wright and Carol Wright.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sommerfeld Chapel (15 N Barton St, New Buffalo, MI 49117). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
For a more lasting memory, donations in Jerel's name can be made out to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
