He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Smurawski and Jeannette Smurawski. He is survived by: his wife Carol Smurawski; and his stepchildren, Sherry Skwarek (Wayne) and EJ Skwarek (Cindy). He is also survived by many furbabies; and numerous cousins.
