Robert will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Robert is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Robert’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Churchill Bartley and Gertrude Bartley (Jones); and his wife Tomi Bartley. He is survived by: his children, Bob Bartley (Peggy) of Mt. Vernon, Indiana, Bruce Bartley of Terre Haute, Indiana, Todd Bartley (Amy) of Edina, Minnesota and Holly Wittman (Scott) of Evansville, IN; and his sister Janice Jedele (Doug) of Moore. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sommerfeld Chapel (15 N Barton St, New Buffalo, MI 49117). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
