It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Estena Bush of New Era, Michigan, born in Shelby, Michigan, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clinton Shaffer and Lida Shaffer (Knapp); her husband James Bush of New Era; her siblings, Eva Jordan, Leora Gray (Ronald), Mildred Backa (Richard), Maurice Shaffer (Dorothyea), Darrel Shaffer (Ruby) and Lester Shaffer (Beverly); and her grandsons, Todd Suseland and Andrew Jasheway.

She is survived by : her children, Debra Wittenberg (Andrew), Robert Bush (Sharon), Bennet Bush (Heather) and Julie Jasheway (Phillip); her grandchildren, James Bush (Danielle), David Bush (Kristen), Stefanie Zylstra (Grant), Jacob Bush, Duffy Suseland, Theresa Flint, Brett Suseland (Kayla), Alexandra Suseland, Shelby Suseland, Jayci Suseland, Landry Suseland, Stephen Bush, Matthew Bush, Emily Bush, Anthony Jasheway, Jenna Jasheway and Samantha Jasheway; her great grandchildren, Emma, Meliah, Mason, Dylan Bush, Lucas, Landon, Levi Bush, Tessa, Holly Zylstra, Shey, Kolby and Lane Dourte; and her brother George Shaffer (MaryLou).
