With sadness, we share the passing of Christine A. Berger of New Haven, Michigan. Christine, born on December 21, 1941, passed away on September 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Hilliker and Norman Gerald Hilliker; her stepfather Walter "Marty" Manko; her husband Arthur E. Berger; her siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Roden, Norman Gerald Jr. "Jerry", Timothy Hilliker and Peter Manko; and her son Arthur D. "Dan" Berger.
She is survived by: her sons, Doran, Eric (Audrey) and Adam Berger (Sue); her daughter-in-law Vickie (Dan); her siblings, Greg (Sandi), Tom Hilliker (Gwenn) and Maryann Bliss; her grandchildren, Nicole Wilson (Eric), Heather Hughes (Scott), Sarah Ward (Darrell), Eric Jr. Berger (Brittany), Arthur D. Berger, Adam Jr. Berger (Alyssa), Victoria Ghiold (Chris), Brooke Berger, Megan Berger, Jacob Berger, Doran Jr. Berger, Elizabeth Swilley (Kirk) and Seth Berger; and her great grandchildren, Keefer Wilson, Abel, Axel Berger, Aurora, Ruby Berger and Stella Ward.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jowett Funeral Home (57737 Gratiot Ave, New Haven, MI 48048). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
