He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd, Skip Neff, Wanda Dawson and Robie Ratliff. He is survived by: his parents, James Neff and Debra Neff; his sister Sami; and his aunt Tonya Holloway. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
