He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Perrier and Georgina Perrier (Desormeau); and his brothers, Donny, Ken and Jerry.

He is survived by : his children, Richard Perrier II (Kathy), Randy Perrier (Kathryn) and Patti Therrien (Steve); and his siblings, Rick Perrier and Marlene Garman. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
