With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Steven M. Gruzwalski of New Haven, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Gruzwalski and Florence Gruzwalski; and his brothers, Charles Gruzwalski and Chester Gruzwalski. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Steven Jr. Gruzwalski (Holly), Ryan Gruzwalski (Jessica), Gregory Kopke Jr. and Ashley St (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Carson, Cameron, Hazel and Elijah; and his sister Victoria Conner. He is also survived by his wife, children, stepchildren, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wasik Funeral Home - Gendernalik Chapel (35259 23 Mile Rd, New Baltimore, MI 48047). The lying in state will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Queen of Creation Church (50931 Maria St, New Baltimore, MI 48047). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Steve's name may be addressed to the family.
