He is survived by: his wife Esther M. Burnett; his daughters, Michele Calamia (Michael) and Denise Bull (James); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Amanda, Alysha (Ryan), Alexandria, Jimmy, Olivia and Jack; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Cash and Connor; his stepchildren, Brian Armbruster (Daralyn), Cary Armbruster (Denise), Mark Armbruster (Shelley), Brenda Armbruster and Heather Armbruster; and his stepgrandchildren, Johnny, Dustin, Dominic, Raquel, Nicholas and Nathan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
