She is survived by: her significant other Deb Oakes; and her children, Crystal Smith, Nikki Plotts (Eric), CJ Berles (Hannah), Michael Ellenwood and Stacey Ellenwood. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
