He was predeceased by: his parents, Joeseph Howe and Dorothy Howe (Harris); his grandson Daniel Howe; his wife Londa Flowers (McGee); and his stepchild Shannon Potter (Marty).
He is survived by: his children, Jannifer Anderson (Patrick), Barbara Leyder (Ronald), Eldon Howe (Tonya), Elon Howe (Lori) and Mary Jacobs (Timothy); his sister Daisy Howe Siminoff; his siblings-in-law, Gail Howe, Edna Westgate Wood, Ida Westgate Krueger, Raymond Westgate (Carolyn) and Thomas Westgate (Sandy); and his stepdaughter Stephani Potter (Joe). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
