He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Katherine Rossett Sr. (Bono) and Kathryn Williams of Kansas; his children, Melonie Ressler (Kevin) of White Cloud, Gary P. Rossett III of Florida and Steven Rossett of Newaygo; his stepchildren, Jennifer Klok (Darryl) of Grand Rapids and Tim Brander (Tami) of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Liz Toppel (Myron), Shawna Morgan (Justin), Zane Rossett, Logan Rossett, Antonio Ribbens and Katherine Klok; his stepgrandchildren, Gage Klok (Nicole), David Block (Micquaya), Cory Cooke, Jacob Klok (Paige), JJ Brander and Allen Brander; his siblings, Thomas Rossett (Mary), Luella Mikulski (Raymond), Carolyn Fallin and MaryKay Steffes-Schmitz (Tom); his brothers-in-law, Harold Fields and Bernard Fallin; and his nephew Caleb Fields. He was also cherished by many great grandchildren.
